Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1 bunch green onions, cut
    1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    paprika
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, peel and cut into a large bowl.
    Stir in sour cream, onions, 1 cup cheese, salt and pepper.
    Turn mixture into buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8 to 10.
