Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c small chopped raw apples
1 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. sifted flour (self-rising)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
cinnamon
nutmeg
Preparation

Measure oil, sugar and eggs into large bowl and beat well. Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Grease and flour pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
After getting poured in pan, drop a few butterscotch morsels on top.
