Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. grated carrots
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Combine oil, carrots, sugar, eggs and nuts.
Add sifted ingredients; mix well.
Bake in a greased 9-inch tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Cool.
Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
