Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt and sugar together.
    Cut in the Crisco until texture
    is meal-like.
    Add water, vinegar and egg; mix well. Press
    into a ball and chill.
    Roll into crusts.
    Makes 2.
