Cheesecake Buffet Tarts - cooking recipe

6 graham crackers, single servings
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. In medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Gradually beat in sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Add egg, beating well. Place tart crusts on baking sheet and pour in filling.
Bake 15-20 minutes.
