Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium size pork chops
    salt
    pepper
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 medium size potatoes
    1 onion
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Salt and pepper pork chops to taste, then place 4 in bottom of ovensafe pan. Slice enough potatoes to cover pork chops, then top with sliced onion. Pour soup that has been diluted with water over onion layer. Repeat for next 4 chops. Cover and bake for 1 hour or until chops are tender.
