Apple-Nut Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 apple, grated
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, sour cream, brown sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl; beat at low speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
    Stir in apple and pecans.
    Cover and refrigerate. Serve with gingersnaps, shortbread cookies or pound cake.
    Yields 1 1/2 cups.
