Oriental Vegetable Stir-Fry(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. green onions
    2 c. celery
    1 c. green peppers
    1 c. carrots
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. fresh snow peas
    1 c. fresh bean sprouts
    2 c. fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. lite soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    In a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole dish, combine green onion, celery, pepper, carrots and margarine.
    Cover.
    Microwave on Full power for 3 minutes.
    Drain.
    Stir in peas, bean sprouts and mushrooms.
    Cover.
    Microwave on Full power for 2 to 3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
    Drain.
    Mix soy sauce and ginger and pour over vegetables.
    Microwave on Full power 1 minute.
    Serve with rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
