Angel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 whole graham crackers, crushed
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. sugar
whipped cream
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients together; pour into a 9-inch pie pan. (I use aluminum, lightly greased.)
Bake in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
When cool, ice with whipped cream.
