Lemon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) container lemon yogurt
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
grated rind of 1 lemon
2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Cream together butter and sugar.
Add yogurt, eggs and vanilla.
In another bowl blend baking powder, soda, salt and flour.
Mix in yogurt mixture.
Fold in lemon rind.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour a Bundt or tube pan.
Pour in batter. Bake 45 minutes until done.
Let cool 10 minutes in pan.
