Chicken Manicotti With Chive Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 packaged manicotti shells
    1 (8 oz.) container soft-style cream cheese with chives and onion
    2/3 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. grated Romano cheese or Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. diced celery
    paprika
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) frozen, diced, cooked chicken, thawed or 2 c. fresh, cooked chicken, diced
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1/2 (7 oz.) jar roasted sweet red peppers, drained and sliced or 1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    3/4 c. diced onion
Preparation
    Cook manicotti shells according to package directions.
    Drain and rinse with cold water, then drain well again.
    Steam celery, green pepper and onion until slightly tender.
