Creamed Chipped Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. sliced or dried chipped beef
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
Preparation

Tear beef into small pieces.
Melt butter or margarine in frying pan or saucepan.
Add beef.
Saute until beef is hot and turning brown.
Sprinkle flour and pepper over beef.
Stir to coat meat.
Add milk slowly while stirring.
Cook and stir constantly over low heat until mixture thickens and boils.
Serve over toast or mashed potatoes.
Makes 6 servings.
