Sausage Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. bulk seasoned pork sausage
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 medium green pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips
    6 flour tortillas (10 inches in diameter)
    1 (16 oz.) can baked beans in molasses
    1/2 head lettuce, shredded (about 3 c.)
    taco sauce (if desired)
Preparation
    Cook and stir pork, onion and green pepper over medium heat until pork is done, about 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Prepare tortillas as directed on package.
    Spoon about 3 tablespoons beans down center of each tortilla.
    Divide pork mixture among tortillas. Top with lettuce.
    Fold 2 opposite sides of each tortilla over filling.
    Fold 1 end up and about 1/4 over folded sides.
    Serve with taco sauce, if desired.
