Sourdough Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    7 c. sifted all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Combine yeast and water.
    Stir until yeast is completely dissolved.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Beat until well blended. Turn out onto a well-floured board.
    Knead 10 minutes or until elastic and smooth.
    Place in a greased bowl.
    Refrigerate until needed.
    (Keeps for a week.)
    To bake, roll out, cut and place in a preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
