Apple Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 pkg. Betty Crocker yellow cake mix
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1 (20 oz.) can pie sliced apples, well drained or use fresh sliced apples
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cut butter into cake mix until crumbly.
    Mix in coconut.
    Pat mixture lightly in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Build up slight edges.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Arrange apple slices on crust.
    Blend sour cream and egg.
    Drizzle over apples.
    Bake 25 minutes or until edges are brown.
    Serve warm.
