Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Carrots, cut in bite sized pieces
    1 onion, chopped
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    6 C. water
    12 oz. frozen cheese tortellini
    4 C. milk
    2 C. heavy cream
    18 oz. jar cheese whiz
    4 C. Chicken meat, cooked and diced
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in butter until tender.
    Bring water to a boil in large soup pot.
    Add vegetables, tortellini and rest of ingredients.
    Bring to a boil and simmer until tortellini are al dente.
