Shoo-Fly Pie(Wet Bottom) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2/3 c. hot water
    2/3 c. dark molasses
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine the flour, brown sugar, spices, butter and salt and rub the mixture between the hands to form crumbs.
    Dissolve the baking soda in the water and combine with the molasses.
    Pour into the pie shell.
    Sprinkle with the crumbs.
    Bake
    30 to 40 minutes, or until filling is set.
    Serves 6.
