Crunchy Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 pieces deboned chicken breasts
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. dried parsley
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine.
    Dip chicken in mixture.
    Mix crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Roll and dip chicken in crumb mixture.
    Spray a 13 x 7-inch pan.
    Place chicken in pan.
    Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover last 15 minutes to allow browning.
