Crabmeat Sycamore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. white lump crabmeat
    3 to 4 lb. diced Swiss cheese
    2 pkg. frozen artichokes, cooked and drained
    1 1/2 c. cream sauce
    1 Tbsp. chopped green onions (shallots)
    1 tsp. parsley
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    hot sauce
    salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce to taste
Preparation
    Alternate layers of crabmeat, cheese and artichokes in greased casserole.
    Spoon cream sauce evenly over the top.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake 30 minutes until bubbly.
