Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/3 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Dredge pecans in 1/2 cup flour.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Cream sugar and oil, add eggs and vanilla; beat.
    Stir in dry mix, fold in apples and pecans.
    Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
