Lemon Buttered Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chickens, cut up
2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Melt butter and add lemon juice.
Pour over cut up chicken placed in a shallow pan.
Use 1/2 of butter and lemon juice mixture.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Turn and baste with remaining lemon butter.
Bake for 40 more minutes or until tender and evenly browned.
Serve on bed of watercress brightened with lemon wedges.
