Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) jar medium picante sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can hominy, drained
    2 (16 oz.) cans black-eyed peas, drained
    1 c. white onion, chopped
    1 c. green onion, chopped (tops too)
    1 c. tomato, chopped
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. jalapeno pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. coarse black pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients and marinate for 24 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
