Yogurt Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plain or flavored yogurt
    1/2 c. frozen berries, pineapple or peaches
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    milk (optional)
    honey to taste
Preparation
    Put the yogurt, fruit and vanilla in a blender and mix until the drink is smooth.
    The juice from the fruit should dilute the yogurt and make it drinkable.
    If not, add a little milk.
    Add a teaspoon of honey and taste.
    Add more as needed (it will depend on how sweet the fruit is).
