Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 4 1/2 c. bread flour
    1 1/4 c. water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Knead until smooth, dry and pliable. Cover and let rise until double in size.
    Roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Brush entire surface with egg wash.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, raisins and nuts.
    Roll dough up like a jelly roll and cut into 1/2-inch pieces.
    Place in pan and let rise.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
