Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch pie crust
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/3 c. flour or 1/4 c. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk, scalded
3 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

In large saucepan, bring milk and beaten egg yolks to a boil, stirring constantly. Add dry ingredients. Cook until thick; add butter and stir until butter melts. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour into crust.
