Pumpkin Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            2 (16 oz.) cans pumpkin
 
1 (1 3/4 oz.) pkg. powdered fruit pectin
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
- 
                            Combine pumpkin, pumpkin spice and fruit pectin.
 
Heat over high heat until very hot.
Stir in sugar.
Stir until mixture boils over most of the surface.
Boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
