Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can fruit cocktail, undrained
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. baking soda
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. sugar (granulated)
1/2 can coconut
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix fruit cocktail, eggs and granulated sugar together.
Sift flour, baking soda and salt together and add to cocktail.
Mix and pour batter into greased pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar and coconut over batter.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Leave in pan.
