Mandarin Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and juice
    1 green pepper
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
    4 chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
Preparation
    Mix oranges, green pepper, seasonings and pineapple with juice.
    Add chicken.
    Pour into baking dish and bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve over rice.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
