All-Bran Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. all-bran or 100% Bran Flakes
    3 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. lukewarm water
    6 to 6 1/2 c. flour, sifted
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    2 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Combine shortening, sugar, bran and salt.
    Add boiling water; stir until shortening melts.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Add eggs and yeast that has been dissolved in lukewarm water.
    Add 3 cups flour; beat well.
    Add remaining flour and beat well.
    Knead until smooth.
    Place in greased bowl; cover and let rise until double in bulk.
    Shape into rolls (or can roll up and cut out like biscuits); allow to rise again.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 20 minutes.
