Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 cans enchilada sauce
1 can chili beans
1/4 c. chopped olives
2 small cans tomato sauce
2 pkg. corn tortillas
2 cloves minced garlic
2 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onions.
Add enchilada sauce, olives, beans, tomato sauce and garlic.
Let simmer for 20 minutes.
Line bottom of casserole with tortillas. Add part of enchilada mixture, then a layer of cheese, then another layer of tortillas, enchilada sauce and layer of cheese on top.
Place in oven and let bake approximately 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
