Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    8 tsp. parsley flakes
    4 oz. Blue cheese
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Soften cheeses to room temperature.
    Add onion juice and Worcestershire and blend on low speed in blender until creamy. Cover and chill.
    Shape mixture into large ball.
    Roll in parsley flakes.
    Decorate with olives, pimento, etc.
    (Can also make into little individual balls.)
