Safer'S Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 good size head romaine lettuce
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon (red wine vinegar may be substituted)
1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt to taste
cracked black pepper to taste
2 shots Tabasco
2 to 3 squirts Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. Coleman dry mustard
minimum 2 to 3 large garlic cloves (use to taste)
1 can anchovies (minced and whole; use to taste)
croutons (Pepperidge Farm cheese and garlic)
1 egg
Preparation

Mix all together, except cheese.
Rinse lettuce and dry well; break into bite size pieces.
Take egg; dip in boiling water for 20 to 30 seconds (coddling egg).
Crack into dressing.
Mix together.
Pour over lettuce and toss.
Add cheese, then croutons.
