Apple Pudding - cooking recipe

3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 medium apple, finely chopped
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla and eggs in a 1 1/2-quart bowl on medium speed until smooth.
Stir in apples and nuts.
Pour into a greased pie plate (9 x 1 1/4-inch).
Bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
