Venison Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 venison roast
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 potatoes
5 carrots
1 can mushroom soup

Preparation

Cook roast, onion soup mix and garlic powder in crock-pot until tender.
Remove roast from pot and cut up into pieces. Place in roasting pan.
Mix mushroom soup and 1 can water.
Pour over roast and place in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Add potatoes and carrots.
