Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced into bite-size pieces
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 small jar pimento
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Cook onions and celery in margarine until tender.
    Toss with potatoes, cheese and pimento.
    Spread into a 9 x 12-inch baking dish and top with bacon crumbs. Sprinkle with paprika and bake for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven or until bubbly.
