Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions
    1 green pepper
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. rice, uncooked
    2 c. tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili pepper
Preparation
    Chop onions and green pepper.
    Place in frying pan with hamburger; brown.
    Add rice, tomatoes, salt and chili powder. Bring to cooking, then put in casserole and bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
