Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. unseasoned croutons
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    8 eggs
    2 c. milk
    2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    pepper
    8 slices cooked bacon
Preparation
    Combine croutons and cheese in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Beat eggs.
    Add milk, half and half and seasonings.
    Pour over croutons and cheese in casserole.
    Crumble bacon over top. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until eggs are set.
