Kidney Bean Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. kidney beans
ham chunks
1 red pepper, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 medium onion, diced
Preparation

Mix all together and cover with water.
Cook until a heavy boil begins.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.
Serve over cooked rice using Tabasco, if desired.
