Danish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 small grated onion
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine meat, egg, onion, salt and pepper. In large mixing bowl with wooden spoon, work in flour. Add milk last, a little at a time.
Mix thoroughly.
Let stand about 10 minutes.
