Jello Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box chiffon cake mix (lemon)
    1 c. chilled water
    1 pkg. Jell-O instant pudding (vanilla, lemon or chocolate)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    3/4 c. chilled water
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla, lemon or chocolate extract
Preparation
    Blend in
    a large bowl 1 cup chilled water with package #1 (egg white from cake mix) at low speed for about 2 minutes. Beat at\thighest
    speed\tuntil stiff peaks form, about 7 to 10 minutes. Add
    cream
    of
    tartar;
    beat 3 more minutes (do not underbeat). Blend
    in another
    bowl 1 package pudding, baking powder and package #2 of cake mix.
    Make a well in the center of
    these
    dry ingredients.
    Add
    oil, 3/4 cup chilled water, eggs and
    vanilla; beat
    at
    high
    speed for 2 minutes.
    Pour mixture\tcontaining package
    #2
    over mixture #1; gently fold together until evenly blended.
    Pour into an ungreased 10-inch tube
    pan.
    Cut
    through batter
    with
    spatula
    to remove air bubbles.
