Baked Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. scallops
    1 egg, beaten
    Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Dip scallops first in beaten egg to which a little water has been added and then in cracker crumbs.
    Put in greased baking dish.
    Dot with pieces of uncooked bacon and bake until tender. Serve with tartar sauce.
