Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 tsp. can syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cold water
dash of salt
Preparation

Mix all but vanilla in double boiler, cook and beat with mixer until it peaks (about 7 minutes).
Add vanilla when almost ready.
