Clam Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

onions
1/4 lb. butter
10 to 12 potatoes, sliced thin
1 qt. clams
1 qt. milk
1 can condensed milk
Preparation

Saute lots of onions in butter, then add potatoes and hot water to cover.
Salt and pepper.
Let cook for about 20 minutes, then add clams.
Bring to a boil.
Add milk and condensed milk. Let this get warm, then season to taste.
Add more butter, salt and pepper.
Better if you let it cool and serve next day.
Keep refrigerated.
