Sunday Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/4 c. hot water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil (Canola)
    2 eggs, beaten, or Egg Beaters
    4 to 4 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in hot water.
    Stir in sugar, oil and eggs. Add flour and salt.
    Let stand, covered with towel, for 6 to 8 hours.
    Divide dough into 3 parts.
    Roll out as pie crust.
    Cut each part into 8 crescents and roll up.
    Let rise for 5 to 6 hours.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
