Ground Beef Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 medium chopped carrots
1 medium cubed potato
1 medium sliced onion
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 bay leaf
3 c. water
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes (undrained)
Preparation

Brown ground beef in deep skillet.
Drain excess fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
