Creole Baked Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. fish fillets
1 can stewed tomatoes
2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 red or green bell pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 to 2 ribs celery, chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Place fish fillets in shallow baking dish.
Combine all other ingredients and cover fish with them. Bake, covered, for 15 minutes.
Remove fish to serving platter and juices and vegetables over fish.
