Favorite Raisin Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 c. milk
    5 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 c. raisin bread cubes
    hot water
Preparation
    Beat milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt with fork until blended.
    Stir in bread cubes.
    Set in 1 1/2 quart casserole in 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Place baking pan on oven rack.
    Pour hot water into pan to come 1/2 up sides of casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until knife inserted is clean.
