Chinese Marble Eggs(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 hard-boiled eggs
    1 c. soy sauce
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Crack shells on eggs, but do not peel.
    Mix soy sauce and water in pot; bring to boil.
    Add 1/2 of the eggs and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Remove and cool.
    Cook other 1/2 of the eggs.
    When all the eggs are cooled, peel the eggs.
    Cut eggs into wedges and serve.
