Chicken A La France - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut into pieces
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (11 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    1/4 c. Sauterne wine
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper in bag.
    Add 2 or 3 pieces of chicken; shake to coat.
    Brown chicken and onion in butter in skillet.
    Combine soup and remaining ingredients; blend well. Pour over browned chicken.
    Cook, covered, over low heat for about 40 minutes, or until chicken is tender, stirring often.
    Works best in electric frypan.
    Can serve with rice.
