Pineapple Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. lukewarm milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 yeast cake
    3 beaten egg yolks
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 lb. oleo
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract
Preparation
    Ferment milk, sugar and yeast and set aside.
    Add beaten egg yolks to fermented yeast.
    Combine flour, oleo, salt and extract as for pie crust.
    Mix all ingredients well into a soft dough. Divide dough into 2 parts.
    Roll 1 to fit the bottom of a 13 1/2 x 9 1/2-inch pan.
    Spread cooled filling over this dough.
    Roll remaining dough to fit over the top.
    Let rise until light, about 1 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until brown.
    Frost with a thin frosting and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
